Risk Disclaimer
Last updated: May 10, 2026
Read this Risk Disclaimer carefully before using MBOT.
1. No profit guarantee
MBOT does not guarantee profit. MBOT does not guarantee a minimum return, monthly income, win rate, recovery rate, or trading success.
Any statement about performance, trade flow, automation, historical records, dashboard snapshots, backtests, or examples is not a promise that you will make money.
2. Crypto trading is risky
Crypto assets are volatile and may move sharply in minutes or seconds. You can lose part or all of the capital allocated to trading. Prices may gap, liquidity may disappear, spreads may widen, and exchange systems may reject or delay orders.
3. Spot trading still creates losses
MBOT is focused on spot trading, not futures. Spot trading generally avoids liquidation mechanics found in leveraged futures, but it can still produce serious losses. A spot bot may buy assets that continue falling, hold illiquid assets, miss exits, or sell below your expected level.
4. Automated trading risk
Once a bot is enabled, it may create orders automatically based on saved settings and runtime logic. You may not receive a separate confirmation before each order.
Automated systems can behave differently than expected due to configuration errors, exchange latency, rate limits, missing data, partial fills, stale balances, network problems, worker restarts, software bugs, or third-party outages.
5. API key risk
API keys are sensitive credentials. If an API key or secret is exposed, copied, misconfigured, phished, or used from an unsafe device, your exchange account may be at risk.
MBOT does not need withdrawal permission. Do not enable withdrawal permission for MBOT API keys. You should use permission limits, IP restrictions, symbol restrictions, and key rotation where possible.
6. Testnet is not live trading
Testnet behavior does not prove live performance. Testnet liquidity, order matching, latency, fills, balances, and market behavior can differ materially from live Binance spot markets.
7. Past performance
Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Market regimes change. A strategy that worked before can fail later. A bot can lose money even after a period of profitable operation.
8. Third-party dependency
MBOT depends on Binance, XPayr, blockchain networks, wallet providers, hosting providers, internet connectivity, and optional Telegram infrastructure. Failures or changes in these systems can affect trading, payment verification, notifications, dashboard availability, or bot execution.
9. User responsibility
You are responsible for:
- deciding whether automated trading is suitable for you;
- selecting package and bot settings;
- deciding how much capital to risk;
- monitoring open orders and balances;
- reviewing Binance API permissions;
- disabling the bot or API key when needed;
- understanding tax and legal consequences;
- seeking independent professional advice when necessary.
10. No financial advice
MBOT does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or trading advice. The platform is a software tool. You remain fully responsible for your decisions and outcomes.
If you cannot accept these risks, do not use MBOT for live trading.
