Terms of Use
Last updated: May 10, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of MBOT Finance, a project of XPayr LLC. By creating an account, connecting an exchange API key, starting a bot, purchasing a subscription, or using any MBOT feature, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use MBOT.
1. Service description
MBOT is a SaaS platform for Binance spot trading automation. MBOT may provide dashboards, API key management, bot configuration, worker monitoring, payment verification, subscription gating, notifications, support tools, and administrative controls.
MBOT is software. It is not an exchange, broker, custody provider, money transmitter, investment adviser, financial planner, or portfolio manager.
2. Eligibility
You may use MBOT only if:
- you are legally allowed to use crypto trading software in your jurisdiction;
- you are legally allowed to use Binance or Binance testnet where you are located;
- you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
- you are not prohibited from using crypto, trading, SaaS, or payment services under applicable law;
- you can understand and accept the risks of automated trading.
You are responsible for checking whether MBOT, Binance, XPayr payments, crypto assets, and automated trading are legal for you.
3. Account security
You are responsible for your login credentials, recovery code, two-factor authentication, browser security, device security, and any activity under your account.
MBOT may provide a recovery code during registration. You must store it safely. If the recovery-code flow is enabled, password recovery may depend on that code. MBOT may not be able to show it again.
4. Exchange API keys
MBOT connects to Binance through API keys supplied by you. You are responsible for creating, configuring, rotating, and deleting those keys.
You must not enable withdrawal permissions for any API key used with MBOT. MBOT is designed for spot trading automation and does not need withdrawal permission. If you enable permissions that are broader than necessary, you accept the additional risk.
You should use the safest available Binance API settings, including permission limits, symbol limits, IP restrictions, and regular key rotation where available.
5. Bot configuration and execution
You are responsible for every bot setting you save, including trading mode, symbols, capital limits, order limits, grid parameters, risk settings, and any future strategy options.
MBOT may reject settings that exceed package limits, violate platform safety rules, require unavailable exchange permissions, or appear technically invalid. MBOT may pause, stop, or refuse bot execution to protect platform integrity, enforce subscription limits, or respond to runtime errors.
Automated trading may place orders without additional human confirmation once enabled. You must monitor your account, exchange balances, orders, and bot state.
6. Subscriptions and payments
MBOT packages are controlled by subscription status and package capabilities. XPayr may be used to create payment sessions and verify payment status.
A package may limit features such as testnet access, live trading access, number of pairs, capital limits, strategy modules, reporting, worker priority, and notification channels.
Payment completion does not guarantee profit, successful trading, uninterrupted service, or recovery of trading losses. Subscription fees are charged for access to software features, not for investment performance.
7. No investment advice
MBOT does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or trading advice. Any data, bot setting, dashboard metric, strategy label, historical trade, snapshot, or explanation is provided for software operation and informational purposes only.
You must make your own trading decisions and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
8. Trading risk
Crypto markets are volatile. You can lose part or all of the capital used by a bot. Spot trading avoids liquidation mechanics associated with futures, but it can still produce substantial losses, illiquid positions, opportunity cost, tax consequences, and execution problems.
Past performance, testnet behavior, backtests, screenshots, simulations, or historical snapshots are not reliable indicators of future results.
9. Third-party services
MBOT depends on third-party services, including Binance, XPayr, blockchain networks, wallet providers, RPC providers, hosting providers, email or notification providers, Telegram if enabled by you, and other infrastructure.
MBOT is not responsible for outages, delays, API changes, rejected orders, incorrect third-party data, network congestion, wallet errors, exchange maintenance, delistings, rate limits, or third-party account restrictions.
10. Prohibited use
You must not use MBOT to:
- violate law or exchange rules;
- manipulate markets;
- bypass package limits or security controls;
- abuse API endpoints or workers;
- share accounts without authorization;
- upload malicious content;
- reverse engineer or attack the platform;
- connect stolen, unauthorized, or compromised exchange credentials;
- use MBOT in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.
11. Suspension and termination
MBOT may suspend or terminate access if we believe that an account creates security risk, violates these Terms, violates payment rules, causes platform instability, abuses support, attempts unauthorized access, or creates legal or operational risk.
You may stop using MBOT at any time. You should also disable related Binance API keys if you no longer want MBOT to access your exchange account.
12. Service changes
MBOT may change features, packages, limits, pricing, integrations, risk controls, or supported functionality. Some features may remain testnet-only until live trading controls are considered stable.
13. Disclaimers
MBOT is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, profitable trades, exact execution, exchange availability, data accuracy, or compatibility with every user configuration.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XPayr LLC, MBOT Finance, and their owners, operators, contractors, and service providers are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, exchange account losses, API key misuse caused by user configuration, third-party failures, indirect damages, special damages, consequential damages, or losses caused by market movement.
15. User responsibility after termination
If you stop using MBOT, cancel a subscription, or lose access, you remain responsible for open exchange orders, Binance API keys, exchange balances, tax records, and any trading activity that occurred before access ended.
16. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent through the MBOT support area or the support contact published on mbot.finance.
